Call Forwarding Setup

Forward your unanswered calls to this number:

(318) 657-7077

Select your phone type for instructions:

iPhone
Android
Landline/VoIP
  1. Open the Phone app and go to Keypad
  2. Dial *61*13186577077# and tap Call
  3. Wait for confirmation beep or message
  4. Done! Unanswered calls will forward to BouncBack after ~20 seconds

To disable: Dial ##61# and tap Call.
Note: This uses "Forward When Unanswered" — calls you answer yourself won't forward.

  1. Open the Phone app
  2. Tap the 3 dots (menu) → Settings → Calls
  3. Tap Call forwarding → Forward when unanswered
  4. Enter 3186577077 and tap Enable or Turn on

Alternative: Dial *61*13186577077# from your keypad.
To disable: Go back to the same menu and tap Disable, or dial ##61#.

  1. Call your phone provider (AT&T, Verizon, Spectrum, Vonage, etc.)
  2. Ask to enable "Call Forward No Answer" to (318) 657-7077
  3. They may charge a small monthly fee ($2-5) for this feature
  4. Some providers let you set this up online in your account portal

VoIP (RingCentral, Grasshopper, Google Voice): Look for "Call Forwarding" or "Routing" in your admin settings. Forward unanswered calls to 3186577077.
